Thank you for choosing TravelWithNi as your trusted travel partner. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our travel services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payments

Bookings: All bookings made through TravelWithNi are subject to availability and confirmation. TravelWithNi reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in cases where payment is not received, or required documentation is missing.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Full payment may be required for certain services (e.g., flights, cruises, and special packages). Prices are subject to change until the booking is paid in full, and TravelWithNi is not responsible for supplier price increases,tax increases or fuel surcharges implemented after deposit.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other secure methods as specified on our website or booking platform.

2. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, cruises, etc.). In most cases, cancellations made after booking will incur fees, which vary by provider.
Changes: Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. TravelWithNi will assist with modifications but is not responsible for third-party charges.
Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the service providers. TravelWithNi will assist with refund requests but cannot guarantee full or partial refunds. Refunds for non-refundable services are not guaranteed.
Chargeback and Dispute Resolution: If there is a concern regarding a payment, cancellation, refund, or supplier penalty, travelers agree to contact TravelWithNi first so we can assist with the supplier’s refund or dispute process. Initiating a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may delay resolution. All refunds remain subject to supplier policies and applicable law.

3. Travel Insurance

Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility: TravelWithNi offers travel insurance options, but it is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they select the coverage that best meets their needs. We are not responsible for any claims or lack of coverage.
Declining Insurance: If a traveler chooses not to purchase travel insurance, the traveler accepts responsibility for any financial loss, cancellation penalties, medical costs, delays, or non-refundable supplier charges that may occur.

4. Traveler Documentation

Passports and Visas: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, visas (if necessary), and any other required documentation for international travel.
Cruise Travel: Even if a passport is not required for your cruise, we recommend bringing one as a precaution. Some countries may require a passport for entry or in case of emergency situations. TravelWithNi is not liable for any issues or denied entry due to improper or insufficient documentation.
Compliance: Travelers are also responsible for complying with the destination country’s regulations, including vaccination and health requirements. TravelWithNi is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional costs due to incomplete, expired, or incorrect documentation.
Name Accuracy: Traveler names must be submitted exactly as they appear on the traveler’s passport or government-issued identification. TravelWithNi is not responsible for name errors, misspellings, expired documents, incorrect dates of birth, or traveler-provided incorrect information.

5. Traveler Conduct

Behavior: You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully while traveling, adhering to all local laws and regulations. Any illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with local rules during your trip may result in penalties or eviction from accommodations or services.
Liability: TravelWithNi is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the traveler’s conduct, actions, or violation of local laws.

6. Pricing and Fees

Price Changes: All prices are subject to change based on availability, supplier pricing, taxes, fees, currency fluctuations, fuel costs, promotions ending, or other factors. TravelWithNi will notify you of any price changes before finalizing your booking.
Additional Fees: Some services, including baggage fees, resort fees, seat selection, special requests, excursions, transportation, and upgrades, may incur additional charges that are not included in the original price.
Planning and Service Fees: TravelWithNi may charge planning fees, service fees, consultation fees, group planning fees, or change/cancellation assistance fees for certain services. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before the service begins. Planning and service fees are separate from supplier charges and may be non-refundable once research, quoting, planning, or booking support has begun.

7. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Events: TravelWithNi is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or political instability.
Assistance: In such events, we will make every effort to assist you in rearranging your plans, but compensation or refunds may not be possible.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: TravelWithNi collects personal information to process bookings and provide travel-related services. This may include names, contact information, dates of birth, travel preferences, identification details, and other information needed for travel planning or booking.
Third-Party Sharing: Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers, or transportation companies, only as necessary to facilitate your travel arrangements.
Secure Information: Travelers should avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information through unsecured communication methods unless instructed to use a secure platform or supplier-approved payment link.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scope of Liability: TravelWithNi acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. TravelWithNi is not responsible or liable for any supplier's financial default, bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operations, or failure to provide services. Our liability is limited to any planning or service fees paid directly to TravelWithNi, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Indirect Losses: TravelWithNi is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or financial loss resulting from delays, cancellations, or trip disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms, TravelWithNi services, bookings, payments, or website use will be handled in accordance with applicable Florida law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Amendments to Terms

Changes to Terms: TravelWithNi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the effective date.
Acceptance: By continuing to use our services, you accept any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, submitting a payment, depositing funds, or utilizing the travel planning services of TravelWithNi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers in your party.
